Considering the current state of mobile technology, saying global mobile consumer is like saying tiny shrimp or ATM machine – it’s just redundant at this stage. Don’t believe it? Consider this information: A significant percent of consumers have mobile devices. According to a 2019 mobile consumer survey from Pew, basically all adults in the U.S. own mobile devices. They found that 96% of Americans have a cellphone, and over four in five have a smartphone. A majority of adults in the U.S. across all age groups, locations, incomes and backgrounds have a smartphone.
