Job description


Strengthened by the pandemic, the Cross-Border e-Commerce market is booming. To support this record growth, we strengthen our team with a new position: Talent Acquisition Partner. You are the ambassador of our know-how and culture. You will be the first point of contact for our current and future employees. Your home base is the office in Brussels, where you will work together with other teams to deliver the best candidate experience out there. Your main focus will be the recruitment of +10 top candidates, and you’ll be working closely with the Founder. We are looking for an organized, innovative, and commercially savvy colleague that is encouraged by recruiting Tech Talent.


  • You are responsible for the 360° recruitment
  • You actively take care of sourcing and attracting candidates by using social & digital media

  • You screen candidates for open positions and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates

  • You take care of your talent pools and enjoy candidate communication

  • Together with the Founder you create an attractive job advertisement and determine the needs and the sourcing strategy

  • You offer the chosen candidate and follow-up on the necessary administration

  • You drive the requisition process in our Applicant Tracking System

  • You pursue local and digital employer branding activities, including job fairs and campus events together with other sales team members.


Head Hunting is your passion. You master talent development with a proven national or international B2B e-commerce track record enabling you to leverage this European challenge.

  • You have 3 years of relevant experience as Talent Acquisition Partner

  • A proven Talent acquisition track record in B2B e-Commerce

  • Your DNA is digital

  • A good experience in B2B social media: Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • You have strong communication hunting attitude

  • Fluent command of English is required, French and other second languages is a plus

  • You are a pro-active candidate working alternatively from home and our Brussels HQ

  • You hold a BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
