YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Strengthened by the pandemic, Cross-Border e-Commerce market is booming. To support this record growth, we strengthen our team with a new position: Head of Business Development Europe. You will be the front end of the company and will create an effective EU sales strategy. You drive sustainable financial growth through sales and strong relationships with members and partners at European level. You work closely with the Founder of Cross-Border Commerce Europe.

Your focus:

  • Develop an ambitious European growth strategy of +50% turnover beating the market and focusing on customer satisfaction and ROI
  • Arrange virtual business meetings with prospective European members and partners
  • Prepare membership and partnership contracts ensuring adherence to EU law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing EU members and partners
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
YOUR PROFILE

Sales is your passion. You master business development with a proven national or international B2B e-commerce sales track record enabling you to leverage this European challenge.

  • You have 5-10 years of relevant experience as Account Executive or Business Development Manager
  • A proven sales track record in B2B e-Commerce is a must
  • Your DNA is digital
  • A good experience in B2B social media: YouTube, Twitter, Linkedin
  • An experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You have good time management and planning skills
  • Fluent command of English is required, French and German is a plus
  • You are a pro-active candidate working alternatively from home and our Brussels HQ
  • You hold a BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

You will be the front end of the company regarding PR in the UK region and will create an effective UK PR strategy. You drive solid quarterly press coverage through strong relationships with UK B2C and B2B e-Commerce journalists. You work closely with the Founder of Cross-Border Commerce Europe.

Your focus:

  • Develop an ambitious quarterly UK press coverage strategy
  • Arrange virtual interviews with UK B2C and B2B e-Commerce journalists
  • You master media questions and pitching stories to the media, preparing media kits and organizing press conferences
  • You provide trustworthy feedback and journalists support
  • You build long-term relationships with the UK media
YOUR PROFILE

Public relations is your passion. You master PR with a proven UK B2C & B2B e-commerce track record enabling you to leverage this Public Relation UK challenge.

  • You have 6-8 years of relevant experience as PR professional fielding media questions and pitching stories to the media excelling in verbal relationship with journalists
  • A proven PR track record in B2C and B2B e-Commerce is a must
  • Your DNA is digital
  • A good experience in B2B social media: YouTube, Twitter, Linkedin
  • An experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • You possess excellent communication skills with understanding of media needs
  • Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
