Possible reasons:

  • If you could access old reports published before 2022 with a password and now they’re not available anymore, please contact us if it’s the case, and we will check and send you the report.
  • You haven’t bought this product (Retail Report or Blue Paper). If you have purchased an older edition (previous year), you can check and access it from your Orders Summary here. Customers will always access the Report(s) or Blue Paper(s) they bought, not the new editions.
  • Customers need to log in to access the Report (click on Log In / Register). If you don’t remember your password, you can always recover it (click Forgot Password).
  • If you are logged in, the product bought is not linked to your current account – you probably used a different email/account when you bought the product. Check your mailbox: when you buy a product, you receive an email for confirmation.
