Mónica San José is currently Vice-President of Sales for EMEA at Kontoor Brands, owner of 2 of the 3 authentic American denim brands such as Lee and Wrangler. She has a very wide experience along over 20 years in fashion and beauty industry in different salespositions, managing the different channels and business models, retail and wholesale, digital and brick and mortar. She has worked for companies as Sephora, El Corte Inglés, VF Corporation and Levi´s to mention a few.
Mónica has a Law background and she graduated with Honors at the Faculty of Law in Spain. She started her PhD in International Law and she was teaching and researching for several years before moving to the private sector.
She has also a Human Resources degree and recently she has completed a Program to transition from Executive roles to become Member of Boards of Directors.
She speaks fluently Spanish, English and French and she´s interested in arts, cinema, traveling and red wine.
